Our postnatal yoga classes support physical recovery, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and nurture meaningful connection with your little one β all within a supportive community of local families.
Parents & Baby Yoga is a gentle, beginnerβfriendly practice where parents move through modified yoga postures alongside their babies. These classes focus on slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and simple stretches that help you regain strength after birth while creating space for play, touch and eye contact with your bub. Sessions are flexible β you are welcome to care for your baby (feed, cuddle, change) as needed throughout the class.
