About this event
Chill out and boost your vibe with some ancient Ayurveda tips for calming nerves and supporting women’s health.
Your nervous system shouldn't need a passport to relax.
Somewhere along the way, we've accepted that we'll spend 50 weeks pushing through... and two weeks trying to recover.
But what if regulation wasn't something you only experienced on holidays?What if it became part of the way you lived?
Modern women are carrying more than ever before.
The mental load. The constant notifications. The endless decision-making. The hormonal changes. The pressure to keep showing up for everyone else. It's no wonder so many women are feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected and burnt out.
Ayurveda has understood this for over 5,000 years. It teaches us that before the body develops symptoms, it first loses balance. And one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is learning how to regulate our nervous system before stress becomes illness.
Join Dr Harmony Robinson-Stagg and Jasmine Grace from the Ayurveda Alchemist Academy for a nourishing day designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
This isn't about adding another wellness trend to your life. It's about learning practical, evidence-informed Ayurvedic tools that you can begin using immediately to support your nervous system, hormones, energy and overall wellbeing.
During the day you'll experience:
Understanding the nervous system through the lens of Ayurveda; Women's health and hormonal wellbeing;
Practical breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques;
Ayurvedic nutrition and daily rituals for calmer, more resilient health;
Gentle movement and restorative practices;
Connection with like-minded women in a supportive environment.
A nourishing Ayurvedic lunch and refreshments are included.
Whether you're completely new to Ayurveda or already on your wellness journey, this day has been created to leave you feeling calmer, more connected and empowered with practical tools you can continue using long after the workshop finishes.
