Heal your Heart: An Evening of Kirtan & Community
Looking for a peaceful way to spend your Saturday? Join us for a relaxing evening dedicated to soothing the soul. Immerse yourself in the calming practice of Kirtan meditation, where sacred sounds and ancient mantras help quiet the noise of daily life and bring a sense of deep inner harmony.
After we chant and find our center, we’ll gather to share a delicious, wholesome vegetarian/vegan meal. It’s the perfect opportunity to nourish your body and connect with a friendly, like-minded community.
