A certified mindfulness educator, yoga teacher, and best-selling author of What My Sherpa Taught Me About Teams: A Guide to Engagement at Work, Jade’s journey into mindfulness began as a way to navigate the high-stress demands of her Human Resources career.

Having faced workplace bullying and taken seven months off to recover her mental health, Jade understands firsthand the struggles of anxiety, burnout, and the challenge of prioritizing well-being in a busy world. Her resilience journey inspired her to dive deeper into holistic practices, becoming qualified in mental health first aid, breathwork, yoga, and meditation.

Jade's teachings are rooted in compassion, neuroscience, and practical application. Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, improve focus, or embrace a more mindful life, Jade's expertise in somatic regulation, positive psychology, and stress management offers an accessible and transformative pathway.

When she's not teaching, Jade finds solace in the outdoors and draws inspiration from her own story of meeting her husband while trekking to Everest Base Camp. Her passion for helping others discover their inner resilience makes her a relatable and inspiring mindfulness mentor.
