A weekly dance on Wednesdays, so there's always a space mid-week for you to let loose and recharge.
TERM 2: April 22 to June 24
TERM 3: July 15 to September 16
TERM 4: October 7 to December 9

No choreography here, nothing to get 'wrong'.

Invitational, to help you learn the love language of your body or deepen your dance.
๐ฟ A CARING COMMUNITY TO BELONG TO
Folk sign up for each term, creating a container of care, creativity, and connection.
After a few weeks, we find our dance practice deepens. As our trust of the group grows, we reveal more and more of ourselves... until we are fully blooming!
A selection of teas are provided for community chats afterwards (for those who wish to stay).

Here, we know the path of awakening can be through the body. Healthy as well as fun!
So many folk have grown in confidence, self-expression, intimacy and emotional regulation, through dance.
We also support you to enjoy a daily dance or somatic practice.

๐ธ MEET YOUR FACILITATOR ๐น
Pasha Lyndi is a life-long devotee of dance who absolutely adores helping folks feel fully alive. She is the founder of ๐ The Dance Temple ๐น, Ritual Women's Fire Dance with Jasmine Rose, and ๐ธ The Five Bodies School of Sacred Somatics ๐น.
Pasha facilitated thousands of workshops in her days as an actor and director, with a love of ensemble work, somatic therapy, myth & ritual, and collective narrative.
Becoming a student and teacher of meditation, she has taught thousands to turn inwards in retreat centres and mainstream organisations alike for a decade (her online guided audio meditations have had nearly a million listens on Aura and Insight Timer!).
Now as a ritual artist and experienced ceremonial leader with nature and dance-as-medicine at the heart of her practice, Pasha loves to sit in circle with community, listening deeply and bringing people together to remember the ancient collective 'soul of the village'. She also nurtures the bodies of others through her Lomi Lomi massage practice.
