About this event

An interactive workshop with Ayurvedic Dr Aman Dhillon

Facilitator: Dr Aman Dhillon

Spring is nature's own detox season - and in Ayurveda, it's not a trend, it's a tradition thousands of years old. As the seasons shift, so does your body, and this is the moment to gently clear what winter left behind and step into the year lighter, clearer and more energised.

Join us for a hands-on, two-hour experience with our in-house Ayurvedic Dr, Aman Dhillon, as she shares the seasonal detox rituals and recipes Ayurveda has trusted for generations - practical, plant-powered tools you can start using the very same day.

What You'll Experience

Over two interactive hours, Aman will guide you through the "why" and the "how" of an Ayurvedic spring detox, demonstrating recipes and rituals live so you can see, smell and taste the process - not just hear about it.

You'll explore how spring affects your dosha (your unique Ayurvedic mind-body type), and why this season in particular calls for a gentle clearing out. Aman will demonstrate seasonal detox recipes using herbs, spices and simple pantry staples, walking through the reasoning behind each ingredient the Ayurvedic way. You'll also learn simple daily rituals - from tongue scraping to warm oil self-massage (abhyanga) - that are easy to build into a modern morning routine, plus how to use herbs and spices at home to support digestion, energy and mental clarity as the seasons turn.

Every recipe and ritual demonstrated is one you can recreate at home.

Meet Your Host

Dr Aman Dhillon is the Ayurvedic Doctor at The H Dispensary - the largest herbal and homeopathic dispensary in the Southern Hemisphere, trusted by our community for 38 years. Aman brings the depth of traditional Ayurvedic training to modern, everyday living, helping people understand not just what to take, but why their body is asking for it. Her workshops are known for being warm, practical and genuinely hands-on - you'll leave with real skills, not just notes.

This is a rare chance to learn directly from a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner in an intimate, small-group setting - the kind of access you won't find scrolling wellness content online.

Why Join?

Nature has been healing people for thousands of years -Aman is simply here to help you remember how. This isn't a lecture; it's a chance to taste, touch and try Ayurveda for yourself, guided by someone who has trained deeply in the tradition. Come with questions. Leave with rituals you'll actually use.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personal, hands-on experience for everyone in the room.
