THE SANDY BAY SUNRISE SESSION
We're bringing together 200 locals for the ultimate Sandy Bay Sunrise Session.
This will be Hobart's biggest sunrise mental health fundraiser!
Run Club 479 is teaming up with Happi Studios to bring you a community morning of movement in support of SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY, supporting positive mental health across Tasmania.
HOW IT WORKS:
Choose an energising Pilates session or a run/walk through Sandy Bay, then come together for coffee from In Good Company (our favourite local brew) and a shared morning with the wider community.
RUN / WALK / PILATES
Take your pick (45 minutes):
• Energising Pilates sweat, led by the Happi Studios team.
• Run/Walk, led by the Run Club 479 crew.
Pick one when you book, then join everyone at the end for coffee and connection.
Refreshments right as you finish
• Fresh croissants provided by Pigeon Whole Bakers!
• Coffee provided by In Good Company!
• Fresh fruit provided by Best Fresh Wholesale!
• Amazing spot prizes and giveaways up for grabs from the Tasmanian JackJumpers, Tasmanian Jewels, Luma Wellness and Abercrombys Real Estate!!
