About this event
No mud. No lotus. Slow down, breathe deeply, move gently and create the conditions for growth and a journey back to presence.
An integrated Kriya and Himalayan breath journey.
Bloom.
Life has a way of inviting us into seasons of challenge, uncertainty and growth. Yet it is often through these very experiences that we discover our greatest capacity to bloom.
Join me for an evening of gentle yet deeply transformative Kriya yoga, Himalayan pranayama (breathwork) and a sound bowl healing, intentionally woven together to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with a sense of presence and possibility.
This journey is about creating the space to breathe through what feels heavy, quiet the mind, open the heart and allow new growth to naturally unfold.
Whether you are completely new to these practices or have an established yoga practice, this expereincee has been designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Throughout the evening you'll be guided through:
-Gentle Kriya yoga
-Himalayan pranayama (breathwork)
-Deep relaxation
-A beautiful immersive sound bowl healing guided by my beautiful and musically talented husband, Pete, that will leave you feeling grounded, nourished and deeply restored.
-Khichdi and and Chai to complete the evening.
Come exactly as you are.
Together, we'll create the conditions to Bloom.
We can't wait to share this evening with you.
