This event starts with a short, guided relaxation journey through yoga nidra (yogic sleep). You will then be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and more playing throughout the room.

No previous experience with meditation, guided relaxation or sound baths is required.
What to wear: It is suggested to wear loose, comfortable clothing - maybe a few layers as you will be lying down for some time and can lose temperature.
What to bring: Your wonderful self and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Nidra futons, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and head cushions are provided. however please feel free to bring whatever will make you the most comfortable during the event. As body temperature can drop, an extra blanket could be helpful.
Parking: There is on street parking available. Please walk down the driveway to the venue behind the house.
**Please note** Doors open 7:15pm. Event starts at 7:30pm sharp, concluding at 8:30pm. Please arrive on time. The doors will be locked from the scheduled start time to respect the space, therefore, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. It is suggested to only eat light meals prior. Heating/ cooling is available in the space.
